My Personal Project 
In 2006 I created a club or more commonly known today as a 'group' on DeviantArt. With this group I also created chatroom. The aim was to find as many people that could help other people become greater at this particular skill.
The motivation for creating such a group was a bet. I was studying 3D Animation at university and I was looking around in a general DeviantArt chatroom searching for help from a 3D Artist when I came across two boys also with the 3D modelling problems. They explained to me that both of them along with many others had tried to bring 3D Artists together in a chat room and make it popular but as the days went by they had failed and the chatrooms had died along with the groups. I said I could do it.
The years have drifted by and I have achieved in making an environment where people enjoy coming to. I now run a group with over 1.2k members and 8 volunteer staff and it is still growing!
